I am very excited to report that Anna Clare is thoroughly enjoying Kindergarten. She loves her teachers, has a few old friends in her class, and is making some new ones. She loves to read and to be read to. We found out that Centers are first thing in the morning. Since Centers are her favorite, she gets ready quickly so we won't be late. Because of this, Centers are my favorite too.
She inherited her "people-pleasing" trait from me. Although this is not really a good thing, it may work in our favor where school is concerned. She loves pleasing her teachers. As long as she comes home with a green smiley face stamp on her hand, all is well in the Thompson home. So far so good.
We are very excited about this year and all that God has in store for her as she continues to learn and grow in Him.
