Here's the Recipe...

Since some of you asked about the calzone recipe...here it is. I like to check out recipes posted on blogs because I am always looking for something new to try (only if it looks simple...I do not do complicated cooking!). I found the calzone recipe here.I have never met Shireen, but she has such a sweet blog and some great looking recipes! I highly recommend the calzones and hope to try some of her others soon (the salsa sounds delish)! A slight variation that I did...Only because I happened to have some fresh, sliced mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in my fridge, I threw them into the spinach mixture. I figured the more veggies I can get down my kids, the better (except for the part about AC spitting out the mushrooms). So enjoy! And thank you to Shireen for sharing!

Can't wait to try it. Putting it on the menu for next week. It looks so GREAT! I miss the CA. Pizza Kitchen Calzones desperately, so I am hoping this will fill the void. Tell me about where you buy sundried tomatoes. How about some pictures of the new granite?

Hi, Kristen!
That's awesome! :) Your calzones are beautiful! Well, it sure wasn't my recipe...I got it off of AllRecipes.com, a site that has great, SIMPLE recipes!!! Much like you, I do NOT do complicated cooking!! :) I'd rather knock it out and then go spend time with my hubby or friends! Thanks so much for posting a comment on my blog! I only know Darby through the blogging world, and I am so grateful for women like you! Keep praising the Lord through your life and family! God IS so glorified through these sweet friendships that "seem" to just "pop up," but we know He is absolutely in the midst of EVERYTHING!!
Have a wonderful week and weekend, Kristen!!
I get to go visit my hubby this Saturday night and then he comes home next Friday! :) So, we're excited! You're sweet to encourage me. God is so good!

you can select "shuffle" or something like that when you make your playlist- you can re-copy the code and do that.

I'm actually not there yet, but I gurantee when i get there, I will stare out at that view all day, maybe even attempt to walk to the top of the mountain =)

I'll get you some recipes when I get back in town, I'm in Florida right now, but for sure, kid-friendly and mom-friendly recipes on the way!!! can't wait to try this one!!
