Happy Easter!

I love Easter! I love the message of hope and love and life that it brings. It breaks my heart to think about what my Savior went through, but I rejoice that because of His sacrifice, my sins are forgiven and I am free! Thank you, Jesus!

We have been dyeing and decorating eggs, hunting eggs, and are going to make Easter story cookies this weekend. I am thankful that my six-year-old has not even mentioned the Easter bunny (yet). I think the Easter bunny is fine....I just always want her focus for Easter to be on Christ. We are looking forward to singing Resurrection songs on Sunday morning! Happy Happy Easter to everyone!
